I received my Ph.D. in mathematics in 2009 from the University of Toronto. My dissertation dealt with dimension groups and multidimensional continued fraction algorithms, in particular the application of this theory to the study of aperiodic tilings. I’ve visited Bielefeld University to work with the aperiodic tilings group there.
My artistic work involves the design of planar patterns based on aperiodic tilings. These patterns can be found on fabrics, wallpapers, and wall decals.
